In bali ,indonesia God call ..Widhy....
No, Savitri means NOT the sun. Rigveda says in hymn 7.45.2 that Savitr has got the task of Surya. So meant is the constellation Taurus which before was the constellation of Surya (as the second of the eight Vasus) and then became the constellation of Savitr because of the change which happened in Dvaparayuga and is told in Rigveda 10.90.6 f..
To begin with: the question is what do you mean by the "vedic period"? The time the hymns were composed? Or the time the veda was compiled? The second thing is: the time the hynns were composed is not the oldest time of India! For example the original version of the Surya Siddhanta was according to it's own testimony written shortly before the end of Kritayuga (which according to Berossos who used it as one of his sources was about 490.500 BC while the Kritayuga according to him ended about 465.500 BC). This is obviously the oldest still existing book. In comparison most of the hymns of the Rigveda were composed in Dvaparayuga and only a few in the Tretayuga. This is proven by the fact that the Manu in the hymns always was meaning Manu Vaivasvata who only in the Dvaparayuga became Manu because the great flood ended as well the Tretayuga and the Chakchusha Manvantara. Also the astronomical changes (especially of the zodiac) reported in the hymns of the Rigveda confirm this dating of the hymns.

Just because the name "Samskrutham" was not yielding to Max Muller why would our so called Samskrutham pandits call our priceless classical bhasha the way Max Muller called it ? What a shame!
🙏🙏🙏
Very vsluable class. I could fully grasp because it is explained in such a beautiful way. Thank you.
Sanskrit is not an old language - the languages that were actually old in North Indian subcontinent was Prakrit and Pali languages. There is a huge amount confusion about Prakrit languages. There are 12 major North Indian languages 1, Apabhraṃśa (Prakrit); 2. Ardhamagadhi(Prakrit); 3. Dramili (oldest Prakrit); 4. Elu; 5. Gandhari; 6. Kamarupi; 7. Magadhi; 8. Maharashtri; 9. Paishachi; 10. Pali (also mentioned as Prakrit by some kingdoms); 11. Shauraseni; 12. Khasa. But each language is different and a few are referred as Prakrit language at different times especially the Dramili is the language used in the Ashoka edicts as Prakrit language which is the oldest written record for Pali and Prakrit. Ancient India had used Pali and Prakrit languages in Jainism and Buddhism literatures. Sanskrit is a new language that was created by refining, merging and choosing grammar and verbiage of all these 12 major languages- that’s why there is no record of written Sanskrit in ancient monuments or Jainism and Pali literature which were the oldest regions of Ancient India. Hence the claim to Sanskrits to be old is not proven because of this and even Rig Veda is first written down in 14th century AD and all claims are only verbal and they wrongly point to the written literature records of Prakrit or Pali languages as Sanskrit. Hindi is formed much later by choosing the largest spoken dialect of Prakrit in the present day Uttar Pradesh. So it very clear that anything written in Sanskrit is newly written literature after Sanskrit was formed.

I can mark today as one of the best days. Being a person of Indian origin, I always wanted to know what makes Vedas great literature or ocean of knowledge. When people in India talk about Vedas, they always claimed that these are mantras (which are completely mis-understood with mantras that do magics upon reading it) that we need to read with certain way/pitch and then you get knowledge. I never wanted to do it this way by blindly believing in this. All my life I struggled to find a reason why I need to read these mantras and to get what knowledge. Gaytri mantra....even today people believe that just by saying that mantra all their difficulties will go away. Some even believe that saying it 100/1000 times will resolve all their troubles. And I never got a chance to think about these verses as a way to experience and gain knowledge. Now I admire the work of Vedic Rishis and understand the essence of Vedas. I also understand that why it was not for everyone those days. It needs high intellectuality which again can be gained only through meditation. And it was not every one's cup of tea, looking at social responsibilities assigned to various groups. Like in today's world only scientists, who earned lot of knowledge during their academics, can do research on specific things. Everyone may not be able to do this because it needs access to tools and knowledge (like Vedi literature) and capability to carry the research in a specific manner (similar to meditation). Your lecture is a blessing. FINALLY, I am very happy and also relieved from the notion that it is for Hindus...It is for everyone who wants to seek/experience extreme knowledge. I truly feel sorry for missing you sir. You are the real meaning of GURU.
PLEASE read the Bible the vedas talks about it
Where in the Bible?

Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) mentioned by name in Hindu Scriptures: References: - Bhavishyapurana Parv 3 Khand 3 Adhyay 3 Shloka 5-8 - Atharvaveda Book 20 Hymn 127 Mantra 1-14 (Narashansa means "praiseworthy" which is exactly the translation of the arabic word "Muhammad'. - Manusmriti Ch.11 V 202 ("REB" means "one who praises" which is the meaning of the other name of prophet Muhammad (pbuh) which is "Ahmad". - Atharvaveda Book 20 Hymn 21 mantra 6 (Battle of Ahzaab, it says that "he" will be protected from 10,000 enemies & he will win the battle without fighting it". - Atharvaveda Book 20 Hymn 21 mantra 7 ("Abandhu" means "praiseworthy" which is the translation of "Muhammad" in English. - Rigveda book 1 hymn 53 mantra 9 - Samyeda Agni Mantra 64 ("he" will not be breastfeed by his mother. Prophet Muhammad was not breastfeed by his mother). - Samveda Uttararchika Mantra 1500 - Samveda Indra Ch.2 Mantra 152 - Yajurveda Ch.31 V.18 - Rigveda Book 8 Hymn 6 Mantra 10 - Atharvaveda Book 8 Hymn 5 Mantra 16 - Atharvaveda Book 20 Hymn 26 Mantra 14 ("Narashansa" is combination of two words that is Near and Ashans. Nar means human being and Ashansh means "The praised ones" i.e. prophet Muhammad. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is prophesied as "Narashansa" in several places in the hindu scriptures. - Rigveda Book 1 Hymn 13 Mantra 3 - Rigveda Book 1 Hymn 18 Mantra 9 - Rigveda Book 1 Hymn 106 Mantra 4 - Rigveda Book 1 Hymn 142 Mantra 3 - Rigveda Book 2 Hymn 3 Mantra 2 - Rigveda Book 5 Hymn 5 Mantra 2 - Rigveda Book 7 Hymn 2 Mantra 2 - Rigveda Book 10 Hymn 64 Mantra 3 - Rigveda Book 10 Hymn 182 Mantra 2 - Yajurveda Ch.20 V.37 - Yajurveda Ch.21 V.31 - Kalki Avtaar Bhagavata Purana Khand 12 Adhyay 2 Shloka 18-20 I. Muhammad (pbuh) prophesised in Bhavishya Purana According to Bhavishya Purana in the Prati Sarag Parv III Khand 3 Adhay 3 Shloka 5 to 8. “A malecha (belonging to a foreign country and speaking a foreign language) spiritual teacher will appear with his companions. His name will be Mohammad. Raja (Bhoj) after giving this Maha Dev Arab (of angelic disposition) a bath in the Panchgavya and the Ganga water (i.e. purifying him of all sins) offered him the present of his sincere devotion and showing him all reverence said, “I make obeisance to thee. O ye! The pride of mankind, the dweller in Arabia, Ye have collected a great force to kill the Devil and you yourself have been protected from the malecha opponents.” The Prophecy clearly states: The name of the Prophet as Mohammad. He will belong to Arabia. The Sanskrit word Marusthal means a sandy track of land or a desert. Special mention is made of the companions of the Prophet, i.e. the Sahabas. No other Prophet had as many companions as Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). He is referred as the pride of mankind (Parbatis nath). The Glorious Qur’an reconfirms this”And thou (standest) on an exalted standard of character” [Al-Qur’an 68:4]| “Ye have indeed in the Messenger of Allah, a beautiful pattern (of conduct)”. [Al-Qur’an 33:21] He will kill the devil, i.e. abolish idol worship and all sorts of vices. The Prophet will be given protection against his enemy. The Prophet did not physically take a bath in the Panchgavya and the water of Ganges. Since the water of Ganges is considered holy, taking bath in the Ganges is an idiom, which means washing away sins or immunity from all sorts of sins. Here the prophecy implies that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was sinless, i.e. Maasoom. 2. Kalki Puran is one of the holy books of the Hindus. It is written in this book that the reason why this Prophet will be known as “Kalki” Avatar, is that he will remove Kalki (rust and darkness) from the hearts of the people, and will prevail over all the artifices of the evil people. It is also written that people of his community will be worshippers of God. Kalki Purana Ch.2 Mantra 15: The name of the father of Kalki Prophet is written as “Vishnuais” a combination of two words, Vishnu (God) and ais (Servant): both put together mean “Servant of God”. This is the meaning of Abdullah, the name of the father of Muhammad Mustafa (s.a.w.a.). The name of Kalki Prophet's mother is “Somti” which means “Trustworthy”. And the name of Prophet Muhammad's (s.a.w.a.) mother was Amina, which also means “Trustworthy”. The birth-place of Kalki Prophet is mentioned as “Shambhal Nagari”- a name given to the Hijaz in Arabia. “Shambhal” means, “Sand” and “Shambhal Nagri” means a country of sand or “desert” which fits Arabian peninsula perfectly.
